Inaayat Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy
Thank you for choosing Inaayat for your fashion needs. We strive to provide exceptional customer service and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy carefully to understand your options.
Returns and Exchanges Policy based on Product Type:
Unstitched Suit Sets, Lehenga Sets, Dupattas, or Sarees (with unstitched blouse fabrics):
• You may return your item within 3 days of the in-store purchase or upon receiving your online order, provided the outfit is returned to Inaayat in perfect condition, with the folds intact and has not been worn.
• Please include your proof of payment receipt when returning the item.
• You have the option to return, exchange, or request store credit for the paid value of the item.
• If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, we will process it after deducting a restocking fee of 6% to cover payment and order processing charges.
• VAT is not included in refund amounts
• The refund amount will be credited to your original payment source within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds or store credit will be issued in the currency of purchase.
For Jewelry, Bags, or other Accessories:
• You may return your item within 3 days of the in-store purchase or upon receiving your online order, provided the product is returned to Inaayat in perfect condition and has not been worn.
• Please include your proof of payment receipt and the original packaging when returning the item.
Pashmina and Cashmere Shawls and Stoles:
• Inaayat pashmina and cashmere products are handcrafted and curated with great care.
• Minor inconsistencies, if any, are part of the beauty of a handmade piece and contribute to its uniqueness.
• If you have made a purchase online, you may cancel your order before shipment.
• Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
• Once delivered, pashmina and cashmere products cannot be returned.
• Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on bespoke pashmina and cashmere products.
Bespoke, Custom Made and Alterations Orders:
• Custom-made orders include products tailored or altered to a customer's specific requirements and measurements, as well as pre-order products.
• We offer one complimentary trial and provide any necessary tailoring alterations.
• Additional changes to the outfit design or additional embellishments not part of the initial design discussion may be chargeable.
• Once the outfits are in tailoring production, we do not offer cancellation, returns, or refunds.
Sale Products:
• No returns are accepted on in-store or online sale products. All items purchased on sale are considered final.
Mandatory Tracking Numbers for Returns:
• All return shipments must be sent by the customer via a trackable courier service such as FEDEX, DHL, or UPS.
• We do not accept return parcels that do not provide online tracking to the doorstep.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and any customs duties or taxes associated with the return shipment. Returns Shipping Address:

• For added security, we recommend using tamper-proof packaging on the shipping box.
